How do I set up an appointment with MCRCI?
Go the MCRCI Services tab and fill in and submit the patient application form. A staff member will contact you within 2 - 4 business days. At that time, a staff member will go over your application as well as the process for obtaining the medical records needed to determine whether you qualify to possess marijuana for medical purposes.”
02
What are the next steps?
Once we receive your medical records they will be processed by MCRCI staff. This may take up to seven business days. A member of the MCRCI staff will then contact you by telephone. If the medical records are satisfactory for a doctor to review, the staff will conduct a 5-7 minute interview. The medical records and your answers to the interviewer’s questions will be forwarded to one of MCRCI’s affiliated doctors for review. The doctor’s review will determine whether you qualify for an appointment. An appointment is granted only to patients whose medical files indicate that they have a valid medical reason to use marijuana. Qualified applicants will be booked in the order their files have been received and reviewed.
